Couples League Rules

Call the Pro Shop by 2 p.m. each Wednesday to register for play that day.  A blind draw will be done for playing partners.  A sheet with an explanation of points, handicaps, etc. will be posted on the downstairs bulletin board.  A fee of $2.00/person is to be paid at the Pro Shop before playing.

• Dinner: All players are encouraged to come in after playing. The restaurant is offering us interesting buffets each week for $9.00. Meals from the menu are also available. Winners and prizes will be awarded during dinner.
   

• Bad Weather:  We'll make a decision whether to play or not by 4:30 p.m.  Please call the Pro Shop.  We encourage you to come for dinner at the club even if we don't play that night.
   

• Membership Requirement: 1 person on each team must be a member of Newport Country Club.
   

• Start Time: 5:15 pm until August 18^th.  After Aug. 18,  5 pm (because it's darker earlier).
